Modified SCA cupping protocol
In response to COVID-19 the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) released a modified cupping protocol in an attempt to minimize cross-contamination during cupping. This coffee tasting system will be used at SCA organized events (World of Coffee and the Specialty Coffee Expo).
